Welcome to another Saturday morning playlist. We live in weird times but great new music is still here to carry us through. Case in point, this week I’ve brought you the newest one from The Ruins of Beverast and Ulcerate (Stare Into Death and Be Still is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated albums by our staff). Anton also brings in the new one from Aversio Humanitatis, which is another album I’m hotly anticipating. And for something a little different, we are including ‘Slaves to the Grind,’ a documentary about the grindcore scene at the end of the playlist. Wherever you are, whatever your situation is, I hope you’re well and safe. It’s not ideal times, but I’m looking on the bright side by taking advantage of good tunes and a lot of extra time to listen to them. One album that I’ve been really excited to dive into is Chrome Ghost’s sophomore full-length The Diving Bell. Although digitally released last November, the album is getting a physical release via Seeing Red Records.
