And a big happy birthday to our very own Dan Kaplan, who finally turned 16! Just kidding, he’s 68. All joking aside, Happy Birthday, Dan. I’m sure a Monday back at work has made it a great one. Okay, that covered, what else is going on?

Let’s start with a new tour, because that’s easy. TesseracT is hitting the road this November with The Contortionist, Erra, and Skyharbor. Could be cool, I will probably pass on this one.
Ghost is now streaming their brand new album, Meliora, in its entirety. The album isn’t set to drop until Friday, so if you feel like cheating, get in here.
This will be a day that goes down in metal history: Lemmy has switched from Jack and Cokes to screwdrivers. Poor guy. I could never give up whiskey.
Sad news for Black Flag and Misfits fans, as guitarist Dez Cadena has been diagnosed with throat cancer. A crowdfunding page has been started to assist with the expenses. I encourage you all to help out if you can.
