SATURDAY. Finally. What a week, right? But now it’s time for some R&R or whatever you’ve got on your plate for the weekend. And, whatever that is, we’ve got the soundtrack for it with this week’s mixtape of what we’ve been jamming since last Saturday. We’ve got new jams from Wolves in the Throne Room, Lantlos, Craven Idol, Perilaxe Occlusion, and Morgue Walker as well as some sorta new ones from Bodybox, Oathbreaker, Amenra, and Møl. Obviously, there’s more hiding under the hood so click on the play button below and crack that cold one, or get to doing whatever it is you’re doing. We got you.
Welcome to a special s p o o k y Saturday edition of the Nine Circles Playlist. To celebrate the fact that Halloween is right around the corner, we decided to include not only the songs we’ve been jamming this week, but also some of the staff’s favorite horror movie clips. If you’ve ever wanted to get even further into the minds of the people who write for this site, that you’ve come to know and love (hopefully), then today’s your lucky day. Or who knows, maybe you just want something that’ll scare you senseless first thing in the morning. It be like that sometimes.
Thrills, chills, and a whole lot of riffs await you below.
