It’s my Friday so I’m gonna get these Quickies out to you guys and then get super weird.
- Big news for Faith No More fans. They have been confirmed for Heavy Montreal 2015. One of these days I’m going to go to this thing. It really isn’t that far away.
- Here’s an interesting ‘super’ group featuring Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots), John Moyer (Disturbed), and Ron Thal (Guns N’ Roses). Art of Anarchy will have an album released this coming spring.
- Everyone remember Suicidal Tendencies ‘Institutionalized’ from back in 1983, right? No? Well, here’s a very Ice-T’ed music video version of it with Body Count.
- The San Jose Sharks won on Metallica night! I mean, it’s no mystery that hockey and metal go together.
- No, I’m not going to share the new Marduk video. But I will give you the new video for Armageddon’s ‘Fugitive Dust’:
Kinda cool. It might end up being a grower. For those that need a refresher, Armageddon features Chris Amott (ex-Arch Enemy), and you definitely get his influence. Captivity and Devourment comes out January 27th.
