A start of another week, with more ridiculousness on the horizon.
August Burns Red are celebrating their 20 anniversary with an early 2023 tour, running February through May. They’ll be on the road with The Devils Wear Prada and Bleed From Within, with ticket options available here. Also, their new album drops March 24, titled Death Below, through SharpTone Records.
Azketem have set December 16 as the international release date for Azetik, which will be out through Urtod Productions on vinyl, and independently on CD. Hear the brand new track, “Dannen Rijk”, over on Bandcamp.
Out of Prophecy Productions, we have the new video from Disillusion for “Driftwood”. That track is taken from the German avant-garde metallers new album, Ayam, which dropped back on November 4. Give it a watch below.
Having only seen Mizmor once, and feeling the need to increase that number, we’ll start with some recently announced live dates. An upcoming August tour, mostly on the other side of the country as myself, will feature material from Cairn. Make that happen if you can.
Looks like Cradle of Filth have switched over to Napalm Records. I can definitely see that match working out, so I’m not going to question it. As a reminder, Cradle of Filth are on the road the next few weeks if you feel like adding another show to your schedule.
True black metal legion Hats Barn have set June 24th as the international release date of Y.a.HW.e.H, their sixth album. That will be out through Osmose, and purchase information is available here. We’ll check back when the first track drops later this month.
The Devil Wears Prada have announced summer tour plans, with Stray From The Path and Dying Wish. Those dates are in August and September, and tickets can be acquired here.

Green Carnation have announced an online acoustic performance of “9-29-045”, set for December 16th, this coming Thursday. The track will be premiered through YouTube, where the band will also be doing a live Q&A. Set those calendars!
Doom and fuzz collective Fostermother dropped a new video today for “Sunday”, a track taken from The Ocean, their upcoming new album. That will be out on February 18th through Ripple Music, and can be scooped up here.
