It’s late, but I’m back! So what did I miss today?

Thantifaxath are back. Their long-awaited new album, Hive Mind Narcosis, will be out on June 2 through Dark Descent Records. Give “Solar Witch”, the opening track from that upcoming new album, a listen right here.
One of my favorites, 1476, have also finally announced a new album. In Exile will be out on July 7 through Prophecy Productions. Give “When Comes The Dawn?” a listen here.
Phoenix death collective Thra have announced details surrounding their debut full length. Forged In Chaotic Spew will be out on July 29 through Translation Loss. Give “Drag” a listen over at Metal Injection, and be sure to catch them on the road supporting Conan next month.
How about a tour? Sleep Token have scheduled a September and October headlining run, and the full schedule, with ticket links, can be found here. Their new album, Take Me Back To Eden is out on May 19 through Spinefarm.
Closing out, we have the latest from Vintersea. The video for “Unveiling Light” can be found below. Their forthcoming new album, Woven Into Ashes, is set for a May 5 release through M-Theory Audio.

I can tell this is going to be one of those awkward short weeks where I kinda wish it was a normal week because I have so much to do. Alas.

Let’s start with some gothic metal. Crematory released a new single with visualizer, titled “Rest In Peace”. Give that a listen and watch here. Their latest album, Inglorious Darkness, is out now through Napalm Records.
Dark metal masters Moonspell have announced a North American tour where they’ll be joined by Eleine, Oceans of Slumber, and Vintersea. Those dates run from April 29 through May 25, and tickets go on sale this coming Friday.
Fear Factory have officially named their new vocalist, one Milo Silvestro. You can watch the documentary reveal here. Don’t forget that they’ll be on the road with headliners Static-X over the next couple of months.
Spectral Lore is a thing I like, so let’s go there next. The Greek atmospheric black metal act is releasing a new EP, 11 Days, on March 21. That collection’s opening track, “Moloch”, is streaming over at Invisible Oranges.
Closing out, we have a new track from Botanist titled “Angel’s Trumpet”, which you can stream below. Their forthcoming album, VIII: Selenotrope, drops on May 19 through Prophecy.

SOM, the atmospheric rock collective featuring members of Junius, Caspian, and Constants, are releasing a new EP on March 5th titled Awake. That will be available independently as a cassette, and digitally through Blood Blast Distribution. Check out “Awake // Sedate” now.
Seven Evils Spawned of Seven Heads, the latest from blackened deathgrinders Swampbeast, drops on February 12th via Translation Loss Records. Today, however, they’re streaming a new track titled “1000 Years of Pestilence” over at Invisible Oranges, so you should probably go check that out.
Blackened progressive group Vintersea released a new video for “Crack of Light”. That’s a track taken from Illuminated, which is available through M-Theory Audio. Give it a watch.
