I know I just referenced it yesterday, but we are officially one month away from Fire In The Mountains.
For now, we’ll stay focused on the items at hand. For example, The Contortionist have announced a headlining tour with Rivers of Nihil, with dates running this September and October. Tickets go on sale Friday at this location.
In the metalcore world, We Came As Romans have unveiled details surrounding their next album. Darkbloom will mark their first album in five years, and is set for an October 14th release through Sharptone Records. Check out the visualizer for “Plagued” here.
Hard rock quintet Wage War release Manic last October through Fearless Records, and today they shared a new live music video for “Godspeed”, taken from that album. Give it a watch here.
We Came As Romans have an anniversary livestream, To Plant A Seed, scheduled for April 23rd. They’ll be performing that 2009 release in full, and merch bundles for the event include a vinyl box set. Cool. Scoop up your tickets and swag here.
Lamb of God released a quarantine video of “Routes”, featuring Chuck Billy (Testament). That’s a track taken from their self-titled album, of which a deluxe version is officially available later this week. Side note: credit to Willie Adler for rocking the Tigers lid.
Finally, we will close with a new video from We Came As Romans for “From The First Note”. It’s one of the first two tracks released since the passing of singer Kyle Pavone back in August 2018. Give it a watch below.
