I can tell this is going to be one of those awkward short weeks where I kinda wish it was a normal week because I have so much to do. Alas.
Let’s start with some gothic metal. Crematory released a new single with visualizer, titled “Rest In Peace”. Give that a listen and watch here. Their latest album, Inglorious Darkness, is out now through Napalm Records.
Fear Factory have officially named their new vocalist, one Milo Silvestro. You can watch the documentary reveal here. Don’t forget that they’ll be on the road with headliners Static-X over the next couple of months.
Spectral Lore is a thing I like, so let’s go there next. The Greek atmospheric black metal act is releasing a new EP, 11 Days, on March 21. That collection’s opening track, “Moloch”, is streaming over at Invisible Oranges.
Dark Funeral has announced a new album, their first since 2016’s Where Shadows Forever Reign. Slated for a March 18th release, We Are The Apocalypse will be out through Century Media. In addition, they also have a release show lined up on the 19th with Samael and Eleine, which is pretty awesome.
We’re going to close today with Der Weg einer Freiheit, because of course we are. If I wasn’t already anticipating Noktvrn enough, this new track featuring The Devil’s Trade, titled “Immortal”, just took things a step further. It’s an absolute masterpiece. As a reminder, that album is out on November 19th through Season of Mist.
