Profile: Denver, Colorado’s Hydraform

No doubt some truly amazing metal has come out of Denver, Colorado over the years and although Hydraform is not a new name from this scene, they are still a young band with one full length and one recently released, self-titled, EP under their belts. Their sound falls comfortably between accessible modern metal and cranial prog which allows them to set deep hooks early then dazzle with intricate technicality and groove. We recently had the chance to ask the band our set of Profile questions and as you read through their responses you’ll get a feel for where they are coming from and how their influences shape their sound. The Fallen Prodigy is a modern metal band from NY that has been around since late 2014. They released an EP, Passengers, in 2015 and as of this past week released their debut full length Relive//Regret//Repeat. If bands such as Trivium, Killswitch Engage and Parkway Drive hit your fancy then you’ll find much to love over the course of these scorching yet emotionally driven eleven tracks.
