Good morning, it’s time to metal. Here’s some news you might have missed from yesterday:
Leading off, Anal Trump dropped its latest minute-or-so-long tirade against our Toddler-in-Chief, with all proceeds going to RAINN. And even better, as we see above, the album hit #1 on Bandcamp’s best-sellers list shortly thereafter.
Good morning, it’s time to metal. Here’s some news you might have missed from yesterday:
Leading off, The Haunted have announced that their new album, Strength in Numbers, will be out August 25 via Century Media. Let’s see if the Swedes can keep their post-Peter-Dolving momentum going!
The guys are back from MDF 2016 and ready to recap all of their shenanigans on this special Maryland Deathcast! To do that, they walk through all four days of the festival and highlight their favorite sets (including Dragged Into Sunlight, Horrendous, Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin and more), then share some field recordings they gathered with Corey’s fancy new mic on Sunday. Plus, as always, a Heaven and Hell portion.
All that and…not all that much more in Episode 44, but check it out anyway!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see the Metal Alliance Tour. Not quite. No, instead I had the (dis)pleasure of sitting through a few hours of New England Metal and Hardcore Festival‘s second day. Despite the bleeding ears, Behemoth was entirely worth it. To nobody’s surprise.

For the full slate of images at Invisible Oranges, check them out here. I highly encourage it. Besides, the more people that enjoy these, the less ashamed I’ll feel about sitting through everything that preceded Behemoth’s set. Anyway, enjoy.
