Album Review: Possessor – “Stay Dead”

Writing anything terribly deep or profound about a four-song EP can be a tall order under normal circumstances, but with Possessor, it’s especially difficult. That kind of thing, those kinds of descriptions…they’re not really their bag. On their latest EP, Stay Dead, the London-based trio conjures up a blend of sludgy thrash that feels more akin to running through a crowd of people and bludgeoning people with the nearest blunt object.
