Full disclosure here: as good a weather as we had this weekend and as much time as I spent out in it, I do not want today to be Monday. But, time marches on and so does the laborious task of a new week. Anyway, we’ve got a fresh batch of tunes for you to digest and pair with whatever coffee you have flowing this morning. As usual, the tastes are all over the place but that’s what makes these enjoyable. And honestly, who can’t use a little joy on a Monday?! Initial Descent: November 20 – 26, 2016

Witchery
Witchery
Eat too much? Drink too much? Well, it is that time of year so pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get ready for a smorgasbord of a different flavor today on Initial Descent. The flavor is metal and we have plenty to go around. And all of this only scratches the surface of what this week has to offer so dive in and seek out, after the jump. Continue reading

The Metal: Primordial’s To The Nameless Dead, The Booze: Michter’s Straight Rye Whiskey.
