You may recall that we threw a little bit of a change up at the start of the new year, having the honor of premiering “Of Wind, Water and Sand” from neoclassical collective Autumn Tears. Well, now that we find ourselves only a couple of days away from the release of the new double album, Guardian of the Pale, we’re excited to be back with the opportunity to listen to the new album in its full form a little early. We’ve only just transitioned into the new year, and we’re already mixing things up here at Nine Circles. On March 24th, neoclassical veterans Autumn Tears are releasing Guardian of the Pale, their ninth studio album, through The Circle Music. And today we’re excited to bring you the music video for the third single from that album, “Of Wind, Water and Sand.“ Give it a watch and listen immediately below, and you’ll quickly discover how easy it is to get lost in the soundscapes Autumn Tears are bringing forward on this album.
Premiere: Laces Out — “Shooter”

New York’s Laces Out describe their brand of post-hardcore and noise rock as “sounds like licking dirt with tiny granules of sugar scattered throughout.” Even with a magic cloak of wordsmithing wizardry we couldn’t describe it better. After furiously writing new tunes throughout the cursed pandemic and on the backside of July’s EP release, Roger Podacter, the band are on the cusp of releasing their full length debut, Here At The Ashram via Nefarious Industries. It’s October and officially fall; time for the veil between the dead and the living to go extremely thin, and time for some new Scars of the Flesh…FINALLY! This Texas based melodic black / death metal band will be releasing their third full length, In Darkness Alone on November 18, but today Nine Circles is proud to bring you the lyric video premiere of “Chant For Ezkaton” which as you all know is a Behemoth cover off their 1999 album Satanica.
