Leading off, longtime Amorphis bassist Niclas Etelävuori has left the band, citing not issues with his bandmates, but rather, issues with alleged mismanagement. The band has recruited original bassist Olli-Pekka Laine to fill in for their upcoming summer festival commitments.
“Why don’t you spend nowhere with me? Follow the river and the path of the ones. Write our names on the shore. Forever – I can’t find, struggling in a world undefined. Decide how you want it to be, I’m not eternity.”
Twitter feuds amuse me. I prefer not to participate in them. Rather, I take an observational stance. In this episode, Tommy Lee decided to take a jab at Lars Ulrich. And, well, both these dudes are absurd so I’ll just continue to watch in amusement.
Children of Bodom have a new music video out for “Morrigan” and it’s… different. If nothing else, it goes to show that Patric Ullaeus still directs videos that can be all over the place. Take a look for yourself:
