I was going to skip this today, but there is just way too much going on.

• What better way to welcome the weekend than with a new Hypocrisy album announcement. Kind of! Based on today’s update, the new album is recorded and mastered, and at this point we’re just waiting on a release date… and basically every other detail. Either way, I’ll take it!
• Monuments have released a new track and visualizer, titled “Deadnest”. This is second release featuring Andy Cizek on vocals, and Mike Malyan has returned on drums.
• In celebration of the release of the deluxe version of their self-titled album, Lamb of God have premiered a new lyric video for “Hyperthermic/Accelerate”. If you forgot for some reason, the deluxe edition of that album includes a live version, a couple bonus tracks, and some video footage. And it’s available now through Epic Records.
• And we have to close with the new track from Gojira, titled “Amazonia”. Most importantly, proceeds from the song benefit The Articulation of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil (APIB), who advocate for environmental and cultural rights of indigenous tribes in the Amazon. So, good stuff all around with this one. Fortitude is out on April 30th.
