Today was, in fact, gnarly! One more week until I get lost in the desert for a week.
- We’ll start with a tour I am considering attending! Nunslaughter, Desolus, and Demiser kicking off January 31st at Atlas Brew Works. The Boston date is a Saturday at one of my favorite venues, which makes me happy. We’ll see!
- Post-black metal out of Greece next. Euphrosyne have signed on with Black Lion Records and offered up a video for their latest new track “Mitera”. Their debut album, Morus, is set for a March 21st release.
- Retromorphosis, a new project emerging from what was Spawn of Possession (among others), announced February 21st as the release date for their debut album. Psalmus Mortis will be out through Season of Mist and a visualizer for “Vanished” can be seen here.
- If you’re looking for something a little more… industrial, check out the latest from Great American Ghost. A video for “Kerosene” can be seen here, pulled from Tragedy Of The Commons. That’s out on January 31st through SharpTone Records.
- We’ll close out with Jinjer and their video for “Green Serpent”. As a reminder (I think it’s a reminder?), Duél is out on February 7th through Napalm Records.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
