I am unusually excited about this particular Monday. In less than 6 hours I’ll be making my midnight stroll to Bull Moose to pick up Agalloch’s The Serpent & The Sphere. But aside from that… it’s still Monday. Alright, let’s get caught up, shall we? Here are your highly anticipated Quickies for today:
- Warbringer lost two members, which may be too much for them to overcome. What I did find kind of cool, however, is the fact that they reached out to their fans for input.
- Cannibal Corpse is playing Gathering of the Juggalos 2014. I’m going to saying that one more time: Cannibal Corpse is playing Gathering of the Juggalos 2014. Just… just… really?
- The Atlas Moth has a really cool new album. Actually, I’ve yet to listen to it. Rather, I’m referring to the bitchin’ color changing album artwork.
- Coheed and Cambria announced a fall tour that I probably won’t dabble in. For those interested, they’ll be playing “In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3” in full.
- And finally, if you’re as entertained by people’s fear of metal as I am, you’ll fully appreciate this:
Had to go back into the archives for that beauty. Another day, another Quickie. That’ll do it for now.
Prost.
