Happy Friday, everyone. I’ve gotta pick up Dan from Boston soon so let’s keep this short and sweet. Here are your Quickies for today:

• So I guess Helloween is going into the study this fall? That one power metal fan rejoices!
• Ok I was way off. Chris Adler is not at all on the new Slipknot record. Whatever.
• You know what’s adorable? Carcass being fans of Babymetal. You know what’s more adorable? The fact that I know next to nothing about Babymetal. Yes, my compatriot has reported on it. I still know nothing.
• A Steel Panther show? Let’s make that happen. TV needs more lolz.
• Let’s play a game to wrap up Friday… it’s called Medicine or Metal Band. I didn’t pass.
• In the latest edition of In Flames videos, sad Anders is sad. That said, it’s a pretty video. Not pretty good, or pretty crazy, or pretty anything. Just… pretty:

That’s something… I’m pretty sure it is at least. Whatever. That’s enough sarcasm and whatnot for one day. Time to go do other stuff. Like drink.
