Double workout days are hard. Especially when both are within a three hour span. Thus is the life of one who hates himself and hates waking up early.

• Yes, it is well known at this point that Children of Bodom will be featured on the upcoming 2016 Megadeth tour. However, it was also announced that they would have their own string of headlining shows with support from Havok.
• Taake was supposed to play the U.S. a handful of months back, but it ended up getting canceled. But there’s good news! They are set to murder the east coast this coming February/March with support from Young And In The Way and Vattnet Viskar!
• More tough luck for Abbath. Yesterday, drummer Kevin Foley dropped off the project. Today, guitarist Per Valla has also left for the project for personal reasons.
• Somebody please get me one of these heavy metal nutcrackers. Ideally King Diamond or Abbath. Either will suffice.
• If you didn’t know who Vesania, here’s a good excuse to check them out. This is a song called “Notion”. Oh, and that’s Orion on vocals. Weird, right?
