• Let’s start with an exciting tour announcement from a band I adore. Insomnium has revealed that they will be touring Winter’s Gate in its entirety through North America next year. Hot. Damn.
• One of my 2017 favorites, Horn has announced a mini-album that will be released on March 9th. It will be called Retrograd and will be available via Iron Bonehead.
• In the most amazing news from the past 24 hours, transgender metal vocalist Danica Roem of Cab Ride Home beat out asshat Robert Marshall in yesterday’s Virginia House of Delegates election. There are so many levels of awesome here, I’ll just let you dig into it yourself.
• Finally, how about a new video from Summoner’s Circle. This is their debut for “Become None.”
