
I just went for a run in what felt like the worst conditions possible. Time for a beer.
- Icelandic viking metal crew Skálmöld are releasing Ýdalir on August 18 through Napalm Records, and today they revealed the second single from that effort. Give “Verðandi” a listen and watch here.
- Ice Nine Kills and In This Moment announced a co-headlining tour later this year. They’ll be supported by Avatar and New Years Day, with the party kicking off on November 3 in Gary, Indiana. Tickets go on sale Friday through Live Nation.
- Nu-deathcore collective Left to Suffer unveiled a video for “Consistent Suffering”, material from their latest album, Feral. They’re on the road in August and September with Distant, Justice For The Damned, and Cabal.
- Death metal legends Deicide have signed on with the newly formed Reigning Phoenix Music for the release of their 13th album. The release date for Banished By Sin is still to come, so we’ll keep our eyes out as more details emerge.
- Harm’s Way have an upcoming new album. Common Suffering drops on September 29 through Metal Blade, and with the announcement they released a video for the lead single, “Silent Wolf”. Give it a watch below.
