
Today was productive, and I’m ready for a beer. Or three.
- We’ll start with the latest cover from Dimmu Borgir. Check out their take on Deep Purple’s “Perfect Strangers” and get more details on their upcoming covers album, Inspiratio Profanus, right here. That’s out on December 8 through Nuclear Blast.
- Danish metalcore crew Siamese shared a new single and video titled “On Fire”. They’ve got some European dates after the new year as well.
- Out of Season of Mist, we have something a bit more melancholy. Check out the new track from Helga titled “Alive Again”. That’s taken from Wrapped in Mist, which is out on November 24.
- Canadian death metal band Fathomless Ritual have signed on with Transcending Obscurity, and are set to release their debut full-length on March 1. Get a preview with “Exiled to the Lower Catacombs” here.
- Closing out, we got some samurai metal. The video for “The Rainbow Song” from Ryujin, which features Trivium’s Matthew Kiichi Heafy, can be seen below. Their self-titled album is out on January 12 through Napalm Records.
