I have many mountains of photos to work through, so I’ll make this quick…

  • A Journey cover? Sure. Why the fuck not? Symphonic metal trio Exit Eden offered up their take on “Separate Ways”, the second single taken from Femmes Fatales. Their sophomore album is slated for a January 12 release through Napalm Records.
  • This is an event I would very much like to attend. Sleep Token announced a performance at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater on May 12. Those tickets go on sale Friday, with presale opportunities opening up the day before.
  • L.A. doom crew Stygian Crown is releasing Funeral for a King on February 23 through Cruz Del Sur Music, and today they offered up a new sample of what’s to come through the lyric video for “Bushido”.
  • Norwegian noise rockers Barren Womb have set February 16 as the release date for Chemical Tardigrade, their fifth album which will be out through Fucking North Pole Records and Blues For The Red Sun. Check out “Bachelor of Puppets” here.
  • Wrapping up Monday, we have new stuff from the Catalonian project Foscor. The clip for “Solitud” is below, a previously unreleased track that was originally recorded for 2019’s Els Sepulcres Blancs, a Season of Mist release.

“Ein Bier… bitte.”
