Hey, the inbox is starting to pick up! New year, same (slightly older and more useless) me!

• Massachusetts death metal outfit Bonginator have signed on with Testimony Records for the release of their sophomore effort. Better yet, they’re also currently on tour with Frog Mallet and Body Farm. What a blast those shows must be.
• Dutch black metal entity Funeral Winds revealed a new track titled “Birthed by Pure Malevolence”. That’s the first offering from 333, which is set for a January 26 international release date through Osmose Productions.
• Los Angeles’ Anubis rang in the new year with a new single and lyric video, ”Heartless”. That’s taken from Dark Paradise, which drops on February 24 on those various physical formats we like so much.
• Artificial Heaven is releasing their debut album a week from Friday through My Kingdom Music, titled Digital Dreams. Check out their cover of “Russian Roulette” here.
• Instrumental progressive metallers Vipassi shared the third single taken from Lightless. Give the visualizer for “Morningstar” a watch below. Their second album is slated for a January 26 release through Season of Mist.
