I have tried all week to benefit from some new moon night skies… clouds and rain again. I guess we’ll try again next month!

• If 20 Buck Spin announced something, we’re probably going to talk about. A new project, Neon Nightmare, emerged today with the track “Lost Silver”. I don’t know anything else right this second, but I am paying attention.
• German metalcore? Sure, why not? Rising Insane released a new track titled “Monster”, along with a music video. That one is pulled from Wildfires, which gets here on August 23 through Long Branch Records.
• I’m a sucker for entertaining promo photos. Today’s winner is Dungeon Crawl. Maze Controller is out September 20 through Carbonized Records, and “Red Shadows” can be heard here.
• Something out of Detroit (that has nothing to do with Red Wings or ITYSL)! Power thrashers Among These Ashes premiered “Faceless War Machine” over at Decibel, a track pulled from their forthcoming new album… details of which we’ll get later apparently. Related: Sheesh, I really fucking miss that city.
• And to wrap up our (er, my) content for the evening, we have Make Them Suffer and their new video for “Oscillator”. Their self-titled album is due out on November 8 through Sharptone Records.
