Yeah… I’ve got nothing to chime in with today. This brain is cooked. Let’s just scroll through the inbox and get on with our evening.

  • We can lead in with the new single from Master Boot Record titled “CPU”. HARDWAREZ, the third full-length from the Italian-based electronic metal project arrives on October 11 through Metal Blade. I still don’t know what this is all about… but I kinda look forward to finding out!
  • Symphonic power metal next sounds like a good move. Exiled Hope released the new track “Over For You”, taken from multi-instrumentalist Sofia Frasz’s upcoming new album Apocrypha. That launches on April 11, 2025.
  • Bodysnatcher released the new EP Vile Conduct through MNRK Heavy, and with that gave us a video for “Say Goodbye”. They’ll be on the road later in October in support of Fit For An Autopsy. Here’s that scheduled if you need it.
  • Here’s something new (for me). Prog metal outfit Kingcrow released a playthrough of “Glitch”, a track pulled from Hopium which is out through Season of Mist. Wait… that’s their eighth studio album? Where the hell have I been? Oh well. Moving on…
  • This might be the longest stretch this blog has ever gone without mentioning Behemoth. So… here’s something from Behemoth. They’re releasing a career-spanning live album titled XXX Years Ov Blasphemy, originally streamed back in 2021. That will be out on October 25 through Nuclear Blast and as a preview a clip for “Cursed Angel Of Doom” can be seen below.
