There are quite literally not enough hours in the day. I’m going to get through this as fast as I humanly can. Lots to do, and I am tired, yo.

  • Byzantine provided one of my favorite albums of the year so far in Harbingers, so let’s start with their new video for, well, “Harbinger”. As a reminder, that album dropped back in June through Metal Blade.
  • Texas death squad Tribal Gaze are releasing Inveighing Brilliance on October 17th through Nuclear Blast, and today they shared the next single from that in “To The Spoils of Faith”. That track features Ross Hansen on Ingrown.
  • I’ve shared the previous excerpts (I think), so may as well keep it rolling. Here is “Eternal Return”, the final single taken from Ochre & Ash. The Cascadian black metal duo’s fourth full-length is out on September 26 through Lupus Lounge.
  • I keep forgetting about it, but Sleepless Empire was quite good. So, let’s nod to that with a new lyric video from Lacuna Coil for “In Nomine Patris”. That album is out through Century Media.
  • I think we’ll wrap up with Kublai Khan TX. They unleased a new track, with a video, titled “The Mountain Of Corsicana” via Rise Records. They have a U.S. headlining run kicking off in about a week. Casual FYI. Go find the dates yourself.
