I am lacking any form of introduction today. I don’t really care and I’m sure you don’t either. Oh! Just thought of one. Powerslave turned 30 today. If this isn’t utilized for a TBT tomorrow, I will be upset.

• Babymetal is coming to NYC. Read that in a droning, unenthusiastic tone. Because that’s how I typed. I promise, eventually I’ll listen to this stuff.  
• So that Chimaira thing? Yeah. It escalated quickly. Once again, they find themselves… as not a ‘they’. The vocalist, Mark Hunter, is the only remaining member.
• The new Exodus album Blood In, Blood Out, will feature Metallica, Testament, and Gorillaz… Weird, right? Right.
• Here are your weekly album sales. Nothing special here, but we got Opeth landing in the top 20… somehow.
• I gotta thank Metalsucks for this one. For I was entertained. Let’s categorize our mental issues based on the bands we listed to.
• Know who Crimson Shadows is? Well, you do now. Wacken Metal Battle 2013 winners have released a new video for ‘Heroes Among Us’ from their upcoming Kings Among Men.

Honestly, that’s a pretty good time. Not a bad blend of power and death metals. Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for today.
