So I’m halfway through the week. Most of you are not. This is good. For me.

• Here’s a band I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned on here before: He Is Legend is currently working on a new record. Sounds like they’ve been rather busy. Neat.
• Gene Hoglan will be replacing Sean Reinert for the remainder of the Death (To All) Tour. Sean had to drop off due to health reasons, but I have full confidence that Gene will do just fine.
• So if you haven’t checked out the Hellfest 2015 lineup, you probably should. It really is some kind of aggressive.
• In the most obvious news to date, Lulu is Metallica’s lowest selling release ever. I mean… no fucking shit. It’s atrocious.
• I can’t not wrap things up with Triptykon’s new video for ‘Tree of Suffocating Souls’:

The opening track from this year’s Melana Chasmata is all levels of awesome.
