The only good thing about a Monday? Listening to and reviewing albums that we’ve enjoyed over the course of the past year. Maybe there are some decent stories out there as well?
- Well, here it is. The first live performance by System of a Down here in the U.S. for the first time in over a year. It’s alright, I suppose.
- Septicflesh have snagged Kerim Lechner (Krimh) as their new drummer. He was a beast with Decapitated, this should prove to be a good thing.
- Super good news. Enslaved’s new album, In Times, will be out in March. We can only hope it will be even remotely close to Riitiir in quality. But I’m optimistic.
- More weird news out of the Immortal camp. Abbath has claimed the other two members quit the band and is seeking full rights to the Immortal brand. Aside from that, Abbath mentions a new album is basically written. A glimmer of hope.
- Finally, new Marilyn Manson:
It’s called ‘Deep Six’. New album, Pale Emperor, is out January 16th.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
