It’s been a whole lot of me on the blog today. As well it fucking should. Let’s learn about stuff!

• As usual, let’s take a peak at some album sales. Really, this is all about Blind Guardian, who had their best opening in the United States… ever.
• The moment we’ve all dreaded is drawing near. Coal Chamber’s new record, Drivel, will be out on May 19th. If there is one single person that is in any way excited about this, I will find you… and I will punch you in the god damn face. Shame on you.
• Better news, Shavo Odadjian – bassist of System of a Down – hinted that a new album might be in the works. It’s a bit of a reach, but I’m fine with being optimistic here.
• I could have sworn these guys just put out an album. No matter, Pallbearer wasted no time in getting a new track out called “Fear and Fury”. More Pallbearer can only be a good thing.
• Now, allow me to introduce you to an upcoming flick called Deathgasm:

That, my friends, would be a horror movie based entirely around heavy metal.
