I left work early(ish) to get home in time for the second half of Bayern/Wolfsburg. I do not regret this decision.

• Black Sabbath has announced additional shows for their farewell tour. And a lot of them. This is good news, but I still may not spend the cash to attend.
• Were you one of the people that thought Marilyn Manson was controversial back in the day? If so, you were wrong. Or you would be now. “The Beautiful People” made an appearance on Dancing with the Stars. Well, a version of it did.
• Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante will be sitting out the upcoming European tour. Jon Dette will be filling in for the run of shows with Slayer.
• After 2014’s impressive Melana Chasmata, Triptykon have announced that they are working on another album. The release date? Eventually.
• So Devin Townsend has a DVD getting to drop on November 13th called Ziltoid: Live at the Royal Albert Hall. Here’s a clip for “March of the Poozers.” It’s wonderful.
