- Hey, you know what’s always good? Panopticon news. Two of Austin Lunn’s classic albums will be reissued on July 29th. On the Subject of Mortality and Social Disservices will be released as a double album titled Revisions of the Past.
- Volbeat and Killswitch Engage have announced a tour at the end of the summer. They will cover a significant portion of North America (aka some relevant cities) between early August and September.
- Crowbar and bassist Jeff Golden have ceased their working relationship. In followup, Todd Strange has rejoined the group after being part of the first five albums.
- Hockey fans! This applies to you! Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield will be performing the national anthem before game four of the Stanley Cup Finals. And that would be tonight.
- Spellcaster have released the title-track from their upcoming Night Hides The World, which drops on July 8th. Check it out, it’s a solid listen.
