I find myself curiously intrigued by the US Open.

• Leading off, some dark doom. On Thorns I Lay are releasing their self-titled album on October 13 through Season of Mist, and today they offered up the lyric video for “Fallen From Grace”, the second single taken from that effort.
• I’ve been a pretty big Hinayana fan for awhile now, so I’m stoked about this announcement. Their next album, Shatter And Fall, is set to drop on November 10 through Napalm Records. Give the clip for “Reverse The Code” a listen and watch here.
• Hells Headbangers has announced October 27 as the release date for the fifth album from Cemetery Urn, titled Suffer the Fallen. They recently revealed “Damnation is in the Blood”, which you can check out here. Apparently that’s old news. Oops.
• Job For A Cowboy are back, and that’s a notable thing. Check out the video for “The Agony Seeping Storm” below. Their first new full-length in a decade will be out sometime next year through Metal Blade, so you know there’s more to come soon.
