Hockey is on tonight, and apparently I’m going to another brewfest this weekend.
- Heavy new stuff from Green Lung feels like the right way to kick things off. Check out the video for “One for Sorrow” here. That’s the latest material taken from their third full-length, This Heathen Land, which is out on November 3 through Nuclear Blast.
- Pagan metal sounds like a thing this Thursday night could use. Varg shared a video for the title-track from Ewige Wacht, an album that officially drops tomorrow through Napalm Records.
- Out of Prosthetic Records, we have new stuff from Irish thrashers Gama Bomb, titled “Rusted Gold”. Their eighth album, Rats, is out on November 10.
- Portland death metal trio Thanamagus are releasing their debut EP, Lie in Wait, on October 27 through Carbonized Records (US) and Seed of Doom Records (Europe). Stream “Beneath Despondent Ash” over on Bandcamp.
- Germany’s Endseeker are back with their fourth full-length, Global Warming, which will be released through Metal Blade on October 27. A video for the second single, “Hell is Here”, can be found below. And on that note, it’s time for RRRRrrrrrred Wings Hockey. Catch ya on the flip side.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
