Home stretch of EOY season, which makes me a little sad to be honest.

• Louisville’s metal and hardcore crew Gates To Hell have signed on with Nuclear Blast, and released a video for a single titled “Resurrected”. They’ve also got a North American run in support of Fear Factory and Machine Head coming up quick. Quite a big start to 2024.
• Doubling up on the Nuclear Blast today. Thrashers Suicidal Angels are releasing Profane Prayer on March 1 and today they unveiled a video for the new track “Purified By Fire”.
• Entheos released some new material today, a Drumcorps remix of “I Am The Void”. That track was originally from last year’s Time Will Take Us All, a Metal Blade release.
• Gothic and symphonic metallers Trail of Tears have returned after a decade and inked a deal with The Circle Music. The first thing on the horizon is a new EP titled Winds of Disdain, which drops May 24, and that will be followed up by a full-length… eventually.
• And we’ll wrap up with Japanese metal band Ryujin and the video for their new ballad “Saigo No Hoshi”. Their self-titled new album arrives this coming Friday through Napalm Records.
