• Oh look, another tour I want to attend. Goatwhore are headlining a North American run in August and September. They’ll be joined by Vitriol, Thantifaxath, Herakleion, and Necrofier depending on the dates. Tickets are on sale now.
• Next up, new stuff from Seven Spires. With A Fortress Called Home arriving next month through Frontiers Music Srl, they unveiled a video for “The Old Hurt of Being Left Behind”.
• Sci-fi death metal sounds good. Nocturnus AD shared a video for “Hod, The Stellar Light”, right on cusp of the release of their new album. Unicursal is out tomorrow through Profound Lore.
• Pelagic happenings are important. Irish post-rock outfit And So I Watch You From Afar are releasing their seventh full-length album, Megafauna, on August 9. Check out “Do Mór” here.
• And we’ll wrap up Thursday with the live video from Amorphis for “Drowned Maid”, taken from the upcoming Tales From The Thousand Lakes (Live At Tavastia) album and concert film. That will be out July 12 through Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM).
