Huh. Quiet day apparently. Not complaining… I’m still recovering, and I know things are about to pick up. I’ll take it while I’ve got it, is what I’m saying.
- A couple tours to highlight first. Alcest are headed back to North America for the first time in what will be seven years. Those dates are in February and March, and Icelandic band Kælan Mikla will be joining them. Tickets go on sale at the end of the week, as usual.
- Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine announced a co-headlining tour in the first half of 2025 as well, with those dates mostly in April and May. August Burns Red will join them for the entire run, with Sylosis and Bleed From Within appearing on select dates.
- Moving on. What else we got? Nine Circles favorite Thy Catafalque dropped a new single titled “Mindenevő”. Does Tamás ever stop making music? No? Good. We’re all the better for it. XII: A gyönyörű álmok ezután jönnek is out on November 15 through Season of Mist, and no I have no idea how to say that.
- You know what? More metalcore. Bleeding Through are back with a fresh new track titled “Dead But So Alive”, released through SharpTone Records. An album announcement is still on the way apparently, so we’ll keep an eye out for those details.
- And we’ll wrap up Tuesday with the new video from Dawn of Ouroboros, a track titled “Cephalopodic Void”. That one features live footage from a recent run with Fallujah. Dope. Velvet Incandescence is out through Prosthetic Records.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
