The 377th edition of the Nine Circles Playlist regrets to inform you that despite the arrival of a new Deafheaven single that promises huge dividends, the discovery of Blind Golem, a band that sounds so much like Uriah Heep they ought to pay royalties, and my recent re-discovery of how great classic W.A.S.P. is, the world is still on fire and if the planes were falling or crashing every day I’d be flying out of there. Oh well, at least the music’s nice for a while…

How are the rest of the staff maintaining sanity? More music. New stuff from Sepulchral Curse, Rwake, Havukruunu…old stuff like classic Ratt and even older stuff like classic Buzzcocks (bless your heart, Ian). We’ve got new Kardeshev and also something called Great Grandpa…it’s a cornucopia of stuff, is what I’m sayin’…
