It’s hot as shit today so I will be pursuing water as soon as humanly possible. What I’m saying is, I’m going to rush this post and am apologizing for any typos in advance.
- Let’s start out the week with Bay Area metal deconstructionists Mamaleek. They’re back with a collection of remastered material, titled Mamaleek’s Cadejos + Those Who Pass Between Fleeting Words, which will be released as part of The Flenser Membership Series 7 on July 18th. Check out “The Pressman”, a Primus cover, right now.
- Cancer Void are releasing their debut MLP on August 1st, First Metastasis. Me Saco Un Ojo will handle the 12″ vinyl and Iron Fortress will release the cassette version. Give “Ammonium Baths” a listen over at their Bandcamp.
- Mawiza, the indigenous metal band from the Mapuche Nation, released an unplugged version of their single “Mamüll Reke”. ÜL, their third album, is set for a July 18th release through Season of Mist.
- Four is enough for today. I’m ready to do things. Finnish melodic metal band UNÉN revealed details around their debut album. Forever Winter is set to drop on August 29th through Frontiers Music Srl and a video for “Black Heart” can be seen below.
