The air is getting crispy and that has me excited.
- We open today’s account with New Jersey experimental metal outfit Tombs and their new single “The Sun Sets”. That’s taken from their upcoming new album Feral Darkness, which is out on October 17th through Redefining Darkness.
- New Carach Angren has me looking forward to spooky season, not gonna lie. The horror metal masters are releasing a new EP on October 17th as well, titled The Cult of Kariba. That’s a Season of Mist release and a video for “Ik Kom Uit Het Graf” is available here.
- Ukrainian folk metal band Banderstadt unveiled the new single “Poppies”. That follows the announcement of their new full-length album, Red, which is out on September 26th through Archivist Records.
- You know what? I need to spend more time with Xenotaph, the latest album from Fallujah (out through Nuclear Blast). This video for “The Obsidian Architect” seems like my nudge to do that. The tribute to Meshuggah is pretty cool, too.
- I think it’s been awhile since we talked about Arch Enemy, so let’s wrap up our day with the video for “Illuminate The Path”. That’s pulled from their latest album, Blood Dynasty.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
