Somehow I’m running a trail marathon a week from tomorrow.

• We start with New Zealand progressive death metal collective Blindfolded And Led To The Woods. A lyric video for “Cafuné” emerged today, a new single taken from The Hardest Thing About Being God Is That No One Believes Me. That’s out on October 10th through Prosthetic Records.
• Swedish heavy rockers Smash Into Pieces are releasing their next album, Armaheaven, on October 31st. You can preorder that and check out some of the new material here.
• Progressive heavy metal band Spiral Fracture released the first single, “Soul Allegiance”, from their upcoming debut album Grace in Decay. That will be out on January 23rd through Wormholedeath.
• German industrial metallers Soulbound revealed the first track from sYn. Their new album is out on January 16th through Metalville, and the title track can be heard here.
• And we’ll close with some fresh Swedish melodeath. Vittra dropped Intense Indifference today, and marked the occasion with a video for “MOFO”. Give it a watch below.
