These next few weeks are going to absolutely fly by.
- Starting out of Caligari Records, Citrinitas have set January 30th as the release date for their debut demo, Unending Descent, on cassette format. Hear the brand-new track, “Light Permeates Everything”, through Bandcamp.
- Japanese black metal legends Sigh, who I am so stoked to see at FITM 2026, are reissuing their classic 1997 albums Ghastly Funeral Theatre (January 23rd) and Hail Horror Hail (February 27th) through Peaceville.
- Colombian blackened melodic death metal outfit Eshtadur released their latest single “Fire Above Mountain Below”, from Symphonic Crows – Live at the Santiago Londoño’s Theater. Check out the video here.
- Capsize recently signed on with Roux & Ruin Records, and have dropped their first new material since that announcement. Give “The Fracture” a watch and listen.
- The week wraps up with the new video from Paradise Lost for “Salvation”. That’s pulled from their latest album Ascension, which is out through Nuclear Blast.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
