Today was my last chance to do pretty much anything outside for at least a week. Naturally, I went for a run.
- We’ll start with a tour, and this one is going to be fun. Pallbearer are touring Foundations of Burden across North America, starting next month in OKC. Details and ticket links (which are live starting tomorrow) can be found here.
- We’re only a few weeks away from the release of Necropalace (Century Media), so Worm is up next. Check out “Witchmoon – The Infernal Masquerade”, which features Marty Friedman.
- Greek symphonic extreme metallers W.E.B. are releasing their first live album, Darkness Alive, on February 20th through Metal Blade. Here’s a clip for “Dragona” to get you started.
- Next up, we have something new from Myrkur. “Touch My Love And Die” is available now, a new single that will be performed at the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix song competition. The winner of that will represent Denmark at Eurovision 2026. Cool.
- And finally, Witcher. The Hungarian atmospheric black metal project gave us a video for “Öröklét” which you can view below. That’s the title track from their new album which dropped late last year.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
