I sure do have a lot of tours circled on my calendar. It’s been a few years since that’s been the case. Exciting.
- Speaking of which! This one was just added: Wayfarer and Oranssi Pazuzu. That North American run will cover most of the month of May and tickets can be acquired here. The good news for me is that there are three New England stops. That bad news is that all of those stops are two hours away. You win some, you lose some.
- Italian alternative rock outfit Sun Fall Down have signed on with Octopus Rising, the eclectic branch of Argonauta Records, and released the new single “Burn”. You can stream that basically wherever you want, so have at it.
- Toronto-based progressive death metal crew Gutvoid are releasing their second LP, Liminal Shrines, on March 20th through Profound Lore. Preorders are up, and “Spell Reliquary” can be heard here.
- Sticking with the heavier stuff, extreme metal band Stalwart just dropped Tempvs Edax Rervm through Wormholedeath and today shared a lyric video for a track from that collection, “Sacrifice”.
- Let’s close out Monday with the latest single from Bosse-de-Nage. We already know that Hidden Fires Burn Hottest is out on March 6th through The Flenser, and today they offered up “In the Name of the Moth” as the second offering from that. Give the video a peep below.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
