I skipped yesterday because I was busy at a whiskey tasting. Bummer!
- Let’s start with a big one. Fit For An Autopsy dropped a beastly new standalone single titled “The Wretch”. This arrives as they kick off a North American run, tickets for which are available here.
- UK death pop outfit High Parasite tapped Aaron Stainthorpe of My Dying Bride for their newest track, “Drag Me Under”. They’re marking their first headlining gig in London tonight and are also working on their second album… busy (but good) times it appears.
- Death metal crew Reeking Aura are releasing their second LP through Profound Lore on April 17th, a collection titled On The Promise Of The Moon, and the title track is available for streaming now.
- Out of Listenable Records, Eternal Evil have set May 29th as the release date for Forever Feared. The first single still appears to be a week away, but you can pre-save “Eyes of Wrath” here.
- And in closing, prog metal outfit Only Human. Check out the clip for “Techno Fascist” below. Planned Obsolescence, their debut, comes out March 27, 2026 via Season of Mist.
