Really, REALLY late tonight. But, hey, there was World Cup stuff happening.
- Progressive metal project North Sea Echoes are back with a new album, How To Cast A Shadow, on July 24th through Metal Blade. The leading single from their sophomore album, “Enjoy The View”, is available here.
- A whole lot of sophomore album announcements today. And the next is from Sea Sleeper. Burden of Antlers will be a September 18th release and “Lunar Degenerates” can be streamed here.
- Chicago punk! The first album in a decade and a half from Sludgeworth gets here on Friday so let’s give “Can’t Change Yesterday” some attention. Second Time Around will be out via Red Scare.
- Some Italian thrash to close with and hopefully jump start the rest of the evening. Miscreance shared a video for “Scalp Ceremony”, taken from Reminiscence. Their second album is out on August 28th through Season of Mist.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
