Quiet inbox on a Monday. I’m not complaining.

• Philadelphia trio-turned-quartet Accursed Womb will release the Hymns of Blasphemous Fornication on August 21st through Nespithe Records, a compilation of recordings that go back to 2022. Give “Invocation of the Necrovat” a listen through Bandcamp for a taste.
• Going a little further south, Louisiana’s Fane have signed on with Octopus Rising for the release of their upcoming new album. The first single, “Passages” can be heard here. We’ll share more around their debut album in the months ahead (probably).
• Another debut album is on the way from doom metal collective Argul. Soledad & Orgullo is another August 21st release, this one through Personal Records, and “Vigil” is available through Bandcamp.
• NervoChaos are releasing their 14th(!!!) studio album, Chaosmongers, on September 11th through Black Lion Records. So if you’re looking for some old school death metal, keep eyes out for this one.
• A late Monday will end with Italian post-metal outfit Viscera///. With 4. Assets for Psychedelic Warfare out in a month through Time To Kill Records, they gave us a video for “Autoberserk”. Give it a watch below.
