Sure has been quiet around here.
- How about a little progressive death metal to kick off a Thursday evening? Hanging Garden are releasing Dream Death on September 18th through Transcending Obscurity. There are a couple of tracks streaming through Bandcamp that I haven’t listen to yet… but this sure does look stunning!
- I’ve been in an atmospheric black metal kind of mood today, so let’s see what Grey Shores has going on. The Swedish duo are releasing their debut, “Dark Waters of Night”, on September 4th. No new music yet, but something to keep an eye on I suppose.
- After a big 2025, Mawiza are carrying that momentum forward. The indigenous metal collective shared a lyric video for the new single “MÜR”, out through Season of Mist. And just in case you missed Ül, you can grab that here.
- Danish metal crew Gradience are releasing their debut full-length album, Anomaly, on September 4th through Metal Blade. So we’ll close the evening with the video for their new single “White Noise”.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
