It’s July. Which means the countdown to Fire In The Mountains is officially on. Hope to see you all there!
- Anyway. As for tonight, we start with Gaahl’s expansive black metal-ish project Trelldom. With …by the word… out for a little more than a month now (Prophecy Productions), they shared a video for “When This Was Young”.
- Moving in a very different direction, Italian symphonic heavy metal outfit Temperance are releasing a new album on October 16th through Napalm Records titled Arcani. A video for “The Devil: Sin, Sin, Sin” is the first sample from that effort.
- Black/death experimental metal band Emptiness revealed the final advanced single from Nowhere Speaks, the title track. That album is out on July 17th through Season of Mist.
- We wrap up with German melancholic heavy metal group The Night Eternal. Their Metal Blade debut, Cold Velvet, is out on August 21st and a video for “Caught In A Spell” is immediately below.
“Ein Bier… bitte.”
